My name is Salvador Cobos, and I was born and raised in Uvalde, Texas.
I’m glad to be part of the Boerne Handmade Market—this is super exciting for me and for you all because I have many beautiful handmade products to sell.
Handmade leather bags · Leather earrings · Belts · Braided bracelets · Keychains · Koozies · and more!
Everything I craft is made with love, passion and soul. Looking forward to seeing ya’ll soon.
My artwork is displayed at the Museum of the Big Bend in Alpine, Texas, for the 39th Annual Trappings of Texas. You can see my work online, or if you’re traveling west, visit the art exhibit in person. (Tsuaaku Mia by Salvador Cobos)

I am currently saving money to study abroad around the world. My studies as an artist are far from complete. This year (2025), I returned to the States after studying professional bag making for seven months in Florence, Italy (Leather Bag Course). It was an incredible experience—I miss the walks by the Arno River, the music, food, culture, and people.
My next mission: Argentina, where I will learn Soguería, the art of working with rawhide.
