Please complete the form below AND submit your photos and payment. We will notify you of your market status (selected or nonselected) via email after applicants are juried.
Important: Please read through the Vendor Guidelines prior to filling out this application.
Coupons: ALL selected vendors must donate 24 vendor specific coupons to VIP bags (free item, free item with purchase, free treat, percentage off, something FUN!, etc.) By applying to BHM you agree to this and will be held responsible for these coupons/items. Coupons/Items will be required to be submitted within 4 weeks of acceptance (unless the item may expire).

- If you are not selected as a vendor, your payment will be refunded, minus the non-refundable 25.00 application fee that is included in the price.
- If you are accepted in the βedibleβ category, you will need to pay a $25 fee to the City for a health form for the market. More details will be shared at acceptance.
